Now The Gravitas Facility appears to be some sort of space mining company since there are all kinds of buildings in the astroid: lockers, desks, vending machines, anti-entropy thermo nullifier. It should be the office of the Facility, It makes sense to have an office on the surface of an astroid instead of in the middle. You can see the "actual" Gravitas Facility(or just its building).
